About the Job

Akamaar is hiring a Remote Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of a UK-based property management company.

 

Please Note: This is strictly an administrative and back-office support role. There is no sales, marketing, or cold-calling involved.

 

We are looking for a highly organized, adaptable professional who can act as the administrative bridge between the UK management team, property tenants, and external service providers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can learn new software and workflows quickly.

 

What You Will Generally Handle:

  • Stakeholder Communication: Managing a high volume of emails and calls from tenants, landlords, and contractors, ensuring inquiries are answered professionally and promptly.
  • Data & Document Management: Entering data accurately into property management systems, organizing digital files, and tracking compliance documents.
  • Coordination & Scheduling: Assisting with calendar management, booking appointments, and coordinating logistics between different parties.
  • Operations Support: Providing general back-office support to the UK team to ensure daily operations run smoothly, adapting to new tasks as the business requires.
