  • Set R&D priorities and timelines for new and improved resins For paints & coatings.
  • Develop & optimize resin formulations and deliver customized solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Manage the R&D team and assign tasks; follow up on progress and results.
  • Approve formulations and manufacturing instructions after lab validation and plant trials.
  • Solve major formulation and production problems; define corrective actions with Production and QC.
  • Approve new raw materials and suppliers after technical testing and comparison.
  • Support major customer complaints, including site visits when needed.
  • Maintain and approve technical documents: TDS, SDS/MSDS, product specifications, and test reports.
