Read and fully understand engineering drawings for MEP systems, sandwich panels, and doors.
Execute project activities in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
Professionally manage and supervise technicians and laborers on site.
Maintain full-time presence at the project site during working hours.
Receive materials and supplies, inspect them, and hand them over to the client when required.
Hand over completed works to the consultant engineer or client.
Continuously identify site requirements for materials, consumables, and tools.
Coordinate with subcontractors and schedule their site activities.
Review and approve subcontractors’ progress percentages and quantities for payment certificates.
Prepare quantity take-offs for completed works and submit reports for client invoices.
Provide technical solutions to issues that arise during execution.
