We are looking for a hands-on Application Support Engineer with REAL experience in deployment, IIS hosting, SQL Server operations, and enterprise troubleshooting — not entry-level helpdesk.

You will support enterprise Attendance & Workforce Management platforms deployed across GCC clients.

⚙️ What You Will Actually Do
• Deploy and maintain ASP.NET Core APIs & web apps on IIS.
• Execute and troubleshoot SQL Server jobs, scripts, and integrations.
• Diagnose middleware issues between devices, APIs, and databases.
• Configure SSL certificates, bindings, and secure environments.
• Support live production environments via VPN / Remote Access.
• Investigate logs, performance issues, and client-reported incidents.

✔ IIS Deployment & Application Pools
✔ Microsoft SQL Server (Jobs, Stored Procedures, Troubleshooting)
✔ Web Application Support (NOT only development)
✔ SSL Installation & HTTPS Configuration
✔ TCP/IP, VPN Connectivity Basics
