• Implementing and complying to Persona Data Privacy law across corporate and subsidiaries 


• Understand PDPL Governance & Compliance 


• Participate in the implementation of PDPL requirements across all business units, systems, and processes. 


• Interpret PDPL articles, executive regulations, and SDAIA guidance and translate them into practical internal policies, procedures, and controls. 


• Work with the team to establish and maintain the PDPL compliance framework, including roles, responsibilities, and accountability models. 


• Understand Data Mapping & Risk Management 


• Work with the team in documenting Policies, Procedures & Documentation 


• Draft, review, and maintain Privacy policies and notices 


• Ensure requests are responded to within PDPL-mandated timelines. 


• Coordinate with IT and business teams to operationalize rights fulfillment 
  securely. 


• Support incident response for personal data breaches. 
  Coordinate with Legal, IT Security, and Management during investigations and regulatory notifications.


• Develop and deliver PDPL awareness and training programs for employees and key stakeholders. 


• Monitor PDPL regulatory updates, enforcement actions, and guidance issued by SDAIA.


• Support internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections.
