  • Ensure finished sheet metal parts meet dimensional, surface finishing, coating and assembly specifications.
  • Ensure powder coating or painting thickness and adhesion meet quality standards.
  • Approve final product before delivery.
  • Prepare QC reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Maintain inspection records, quality logs, and customer quality documentation.
  • Support in preparing quality manuals, SOPs, and inspection checklists.
