About Us & The Role: We’re an ambitious IT System Integrator startup on a mission to secure and connect businesses across Egypt from growing SMBs and hospitals to fast-paced FinTechs. We aren't just looking to fill a seat; we're looking for a core pillar of our business.

We need a Senior IT Sales Manager who thrives on the thrill of the hunt. If you know your way around Network Infrastructure and Cybersecurity, and want the autonomy to build and lead a winning sales team from the ground up, we should definitely talk.

 

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

  • Be Our Frontline Hunter: You won't just be managing existing accounts. You'll be out there identifying opportunities, opening new channels, and bringing in fresh B2B clients.
  • Build Your Squad: Step into a true leadership role. You’ll manage, mentor, and inspire our internal sales team, setting the pace and guiding them to hit their targets.
  • Sell Solutions, Not Just Boxes: Sit down with clients, dive into their technical headaches, and pitch the right Network Infrastructure (like firewalls, routing, and access points) and Cybersecurity setups that actually solve their problems.
  • Own the Cycle: Manage everything from that first proactive outreach to closing the deal and maintaining a great relationship afterward.
  • Shape Our Future: You won’t be taking orders from afar. You’ll sit directly with the founders to brainstorm our market strategy and decide exactly how we position ourselves in the market.

 

Who You Are:

  • You’ve Done This Before: You have a proven track record of closing B2B deals in Egypt's System Integration (SI) space, ideally at a senior or managerial level.
  • You Speak the Language: You confidently understand Network Infrastructure and Cybersecurity solutions, and you know how to translate tech features into business value.
  • You’re Relentlessly Driven: You have strong networking and negotiation skills, and a persistent drive to win new business. To you, a "no" is just a puzzle to solve.
  • You’re a Natural Leader: You have the experience (or a very strong readiness) to build, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
