Responsibilities:
- Handling end-to-end operations for international corporate and MICE groups
- Coordinating with overseas DMCs, hotels, venues, transportation providers, and activity suppliers
- Reviewing proposals, negotiating rates, and ensuring competitive pricing
- Preparing detailed operational files and execution plans
- Managing timelines, rooming lists, visa requirements, and travel logistics
- Ensuring smooth execution before and during travel
- Controlling costs and maintaining profit margins
- Handling last-minute changes and operational challenges efficiently
