  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections to assess progress, identify potential issues, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, daily logs, and documentation of work performed.
  • Oversee the installation of motorized pergolas, tensile tents, awnings, and related shading solutions.
  • Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimal waste.
  • Resolve technical and operational challenges encountered during construction activities.
  • Ensure all work adheres to quality standards and client specifications.
