Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Agent based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and guiding clients through the buying, selling, or renting processes. The role also includes providing exceptional customer service, staying updated on market trends, and maintaining professional relationships with clients and industry contacts.
Qualifications Possess a valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real property laws and regulations. Experience in sales and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in the real estate industry. Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive client relationships. Proficiency in real estate market trends and property evaluation techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment. Familiarity with New Cairo’s real estate market is an added advantage. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in real estate, business, or related field is preferred.
