Company Description:Air Conditioning Company (HQ -Nasser City & Factory -10th of Ramadan).
Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for an Air Conditioning Product Support Senior Engineer, located in Qesm 2nd Nasser City. In this role, you will provide product, customer, and technical support for air conditioning systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving technical issues, conducting troubleshooting, collaborating with internal teams to analyze and address customer concerns, and ensuring optimal service delivery. You will also analyze system performance and provide insights for improvement, contributing to the overall efficiency and satisfaction of customers.
Qualifications:Expertise in Product Support and Customer Support Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and system performance analysis Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to effectively address customer needs Knowledge of air conditioning systems is highly beneficial Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field preferred
