  • Periodically visit the hubs and follow up on the work and make sure there are no problems.
  • Daily monitoring of dispatcher attendance.
  • Manage closing the daily ticket stations
  • Manage hub deliveries, claims, payments, and returns
  • Adjust the delivery guys' numbers according to inc. or dec. the number of orders for each hub with LM supervisor
  • Responsible for training new dispatcher agents
