  • Prepare and review mechanical shop drawings and execution drawings
  • Perform detailed quantity take-offs for all mechanical works
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs
  • Attend technical meetings with clients and consultants
  • Support site teams with technical clarifications and requirements
  • Prepare and price BOQs and project cost estimates
  • Prepare progress invoices and payment certificates (Client & Subcontractors)
  • Analyze costs of completed projects to review and improve pricing accuracy
  • Prepare subcontractor agreements and participate in negotiations
  • Prepare material and financial disbursement requests
  • Follow up procurement activities to ensure timely material delivery
  • Monitor site material needs and prepare procurement plans
  • Prepare and update project schedules
  • Prepare execution and resource plans based on site requirements
