An Engineering Consultancy Firm is seeking a highly experienced Technical Office Architect – Team Leader to lead technical office operations and support the delivery of multidisciplinary projects in a professional consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Technical Office team and manage daily technical operations.
- Oversee the preparation of architectural construction and production drawings in accordance with project standards.
- Manage full multidisciplinary coordination
(Architecture / Structure / MEP / Landscape). - Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate directly with contractors and consultants to resolve technical and coordination issues.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of drawings and models in line with project requirements.
- Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with approved time, quality, and technical standards.
- Prepare technical reports and follow up on design and coordination deliverables.
- Mentor junior architects and enforce internal QA/QC procedures.
