  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project 
  • Track project costs, manage budgets, and forecast cash flow
  • Measure project progress and report on schedule and cost performance
  • Assess the impact of changes, manage risks, and support corrective actions
  • Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Support management reporting, audits, and performance reviews with accurate, data-driven insights
  • Undertake Earned Value calculations, where applicable, to support bid / project performance forecasting. 
  • Analyze resource profiles resulting from the monthly schedule update process and make recommendations to reconcile resource loading anomalies ahead of the Forward Load extraction. 
  • Undertake all baseline and change control activities associated with the schedules including regular local archiving of the associated database(s).
