· Lead and manage the design process, ensuring compliance with project scope, budget, and schedule.
· Oversee and coordinate with external consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
· Review, evaluate, and approve architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring alignment with project goals and regulatory requirements.
· Provide strategic input on design direction, material selection, sustainability, and value engineering.
· Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, design teams, and external authorities.
· Ensure design deliverables are technically sound, buildable, and meet performance
· Monitor design risks and proactively resolve issues to maintain project progress.
· Manage and handle in-house design projects in coordination with the vision and scope.
