  • Coordinate with technical engineers to provide support and advice.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and summaries as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and technical regulations.
  • Assist other departments with technical tasks as needed requirements.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for maintenance, project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
  • Manage and monitor technical engineering projects, including budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with technical engineers, clients, and vendors.
