  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company's HSE policies and procedures.
  • Create and implement Project HSE Plans for telecom and infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and mitigation planning.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and local regulations.
  • Develop method statements, job safety analysis (JSA), and permit-to-work procedures.
  • Manage safety operations for mobile network sites, main switch facilities, power rooms, and technical infrastructure.
  • Monitor safety performance, incident reporting, and corrective actions.
  • Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
  • Develop emergency response and crisis management procedures.
  • Manage contractor and vendor safety compliance.
  • Lead internal and external HSE audits.
  • Implement fleet safety management and driver safety programs.
  • Deliver safety training and awareness programs.
  • Ensure safe execution of field activities, maintenance, and operations work.
  • Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and compliance records.
