Job Details

  • Respond promptly and professionally to messages and inquiries across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Monitor and engage with comments on posts and ads across social media platforms.
  • Track and follow up on customer issues using the Complaints Sheet and Exchange Sheet.
  • Communicate directly with clients to confirm delivery details, collect addresses, and investigate delivery issues such as failed or missed orders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. logistics and fulfillment) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and feedback.
  • Identify recurring issues and propose solutions to enhance customer experience.
