We are seeking a highly motivated, English Speaker and skilled IT professional to provide exceptional technical support in a remote work environment. Overview:

As a Level 1 IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first-line support to our users, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on delivering excellent customer service and efficient problem resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat (IN ENGLISH).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
  • Document all support interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
  • Assist with onboarding new users and providing training.

Skills & Technologies:

  • passionate about technology and dedicated to providing excellent support. 
  • You should have a solid understanding of IT fundamentals and be eager to learn new skills.
  • Must be fluent in English
