  • Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to develop accurate cost estimates and solution strategies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to gather necessary technical data and optimize proposal content.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and technical information for inclusion in proposals.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and risk assessments as part of proposal submissions.
  • Present and defend proposals to clients, addressing technical queries and clarifying scope as needed.
  • Ensure all proposals comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and update a database of standard proposal templates, pricing structures, and technical documentation.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor offerings to enhance proposal competitiveness.
  • Support post-award handover to project execution teams, ensuring smooth transition and knowledge transfer.
