Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled MEP BIM Coordinator with strong expertise in Mechanical and Electrical disciplines to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and delivering high-quality BIM models in full compliance with project requirements, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and ISO 19650 standards.
• This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate model coordination, effective clash resolution, and smooth collaboration between all project stakeholders throughout design, construction, and handover phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage BIM models for Mechanical and Electrical systems.
• Ensure full compliance with ISO 19650, BEP, and project-specific BIM standards.
• Manage model federation, clash detection processes, and issue tracking until resolution.
• Coordinate BIM activities between MEP disciplines and Architectural and Structural teams.
• Review and validate BIM models, families, parameters, and shared coordinates.
• Prepare, maintain, and update BIM documentation, reports, and model deliverables.
• Support project teams during design development, construction, and handover stages.
• Monitor BIM workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
