Role Overview
You’re the engine behind brand execution. You help turn ideas into reality by keeping timelines tight, follow-ups on point, and execution smooth across content, events, retail, and agencies. This role is about making things happen, not setting strategy. You support the Brand Manager by ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own the brand calendar: launches, drops, and key moments and coordinate with Agency (Handle day-to-day follow-ups)2. Lead content strategy & storytelling across all platforms3. Own social media performance, with conversion always in mind (Digital media)4. Lead and manage external marketing agency Jupiter (and any agency or freelancers)5. Approve all final outputs: visuals, captions, content, campaigns6. Drive digital growth, including: a. Dark ads & paid media. Targeting & audience strategy. DM automation. Conversion flow optimization7. Track sales impact and performance,8. Oversee retail presence & offline storytelling9. Manage Supplier and Vendor selection, quality and deliverables10. Flag risks early (stock, demand, timing) and align with founders11. Assist with new business opportunities, retail expansion, and strategic partnerships.12. Support any assigned projects or initiatives to elevate brand visibility and operational excellence.
Required Skills & Competencies
Able to connect creativity with performancedecisive, structured, and brand-obsessed Able to lead agencies with clarity, confidence, and high standards. Able to work independently with minimum supervision within a flexible and blended work process (two days' work from the office)3-5 years' experience in brand management, fashion/lifestyle brands, retail, or product development. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Strong language skills.
