Onboarding Specialist – Talent Acquisition???? Alexandria, Egypt (Full Onsite)
About Sutherland Sutherland is a global leader in business process and digital transformation services, delivering innovative solutions that drive business impact. We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Onboarding Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Alexandria.
Role Overview The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for newly hired employees. This role ensures a smooth transition from candidate to employee by coordinating system onboarding, documentation, and conducting onsite contract signing sessions. This position is fully onsite in Alexandria.
Key Responsibilities Manage and execute the onboarding process for all new hires. Ensure accurate and timely creation of employee profiles within internal systems. Coordinate and conduct onsite contract signing sessions. Maintain accurate onboarding records and trackers. Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, SD Operations, and Training teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour regulations. Address new hire inquiries regarding onboarding procedures and documentation. Monitor onboarding timelines to ensure all processes are completed before start dates.
Qualifications & Requirements1–3 years of experience in Onboarding, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations. Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding workflows. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required. Experience using Smart Recruiters is highly preferred. Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
