Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist, located in Cairo, Egypt. The responsibilities include providing high-quality customer service, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. The specialist will also offer technical support, address concerns, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality. The role requires maintaining professional communication and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Qualifications Proven experience in Customer Support with a focus on delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction Strong Interpersonal Skills to communicate effectively and build relationships with customers Proficiency in Technical Support and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage Ability to work in an on-site environment in Cairo, Egypt Previous experience in a customer support or call center environment preferred Adaptability and a customer-focused mindset
