Sales & Client experience specialist/ Sales Account Manager She can manage a full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and ensure high client satisfaction.non managerial level ( med level ) – Talent 360Industry: Business Consulting and Services???? Location: Nasr City - Hybrid 3 days from site
Key Responsibilities for her???? Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure???? Prospect and generate new clients through different channels???? Conduct sales calls and meetings with potential and existing clients???? Understand client needs and present tailored solutions???? Close deals and follow up to ensure long-term client satisfaction???? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients???? Collect client feedback after onboarding and ensure service quality???? Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience
Who is she✅ 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields (fresh grads are welcome)✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills✅ Target-driven with a client-focused mindset✅ Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously✅ Comfortable with hybrid work (office & remote)

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Nasr City. The Sales Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and managing accounts effectively. Key responsibilities include building strong client connections, providing top-tier customer service, and creating strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. The role also involves generating leads and maintaining effective communication with both clients and internal teams.
Qualifications Proven experience in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction Strong skills in Customer Service and Lead Generation Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience in sales or client relationship management within the MENA region is a plus
