• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory control systems to minimize losses and maximize accuracy.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
