  • Supervise site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings.
  • Follow up on finishing works and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with Technical Office and other disciplines (Structure & MEP).
  • Monitor subcontractors’ performance and ensure adherence to project schedule.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
  • Prepare daily and weekly site reports.
  • Resolve any technical issues arising on site.
  • Ensure proper implementation of materials as per approved submittals.
