Overview:

As the Senior HR Manager, you will be a critical leader in driving our people strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support across all HR functions.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Global Head of HR to devise and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.
• Coach and develop people leaders.
• Guide the business to develop technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations.
• Drive talent management and succession planning initiatives.
