Job Details

  • Manage and supervise the Accounting, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams, ensuring efficiency and proper coordination between departments.
  • Oversee daily operations through department staff and review their performance and outputs.
  • Review financial reports, cash flow summaries, and cost analysis prepared by the accounting team.
  • Ensure proper inventory control and stock reconciliation through warehouse supervisors.
  • Oversee purchasing activities, supplier performance, and cost control through the purchasing team.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and proper documentation procedures.
  • Support management with accurate financial and operational reports and improvement recommendations.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide guidance, coaching, and direction when needed.
  • Report directly to the General Manager / Company Owner and provide regular performance updates.
