Position Summary
The P.Q Engineer will be responsible for preparing technically compliant offers for local and international utility tenders. The role requires strong technical understanding of power cable specifications combined with commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and BOQs.
- Prepare technical compliance statements and deviation lists.
- Coordinate with R&D, Production, Planning, and Finance to ensure feasibility and accurate costing.
- Prepare cost calculations and pricing sheets in coordination with management.
- Ensure full compliance with customer and utility standards.
- Identify technical risks during tender evaluation.
- Support sales team in clarification meetings and technical negotiations.
- Maintain tender database and documentation records.
- Monitor competitor positioning and market requirements.
