Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales processes and strategies to optimize sales performance.
  • Manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement sales training programs.
  • Provide support to the sales team to ensure they have the tools and resources they need to succeed.
  • Identify and resolve sales operations issues in a timely and effective manner.
