Job Summary
The HR Specialist – Benefits & Employee Relations will support the full employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with Egyptian Labor Law. The role focuses on employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, attendance and payroll support, and HR operations, acting as a key liaison between employees and management to maintain a positive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including counseling, handling complaints, conflict resolution, investigations, and policy guidance.
- Liaise between employees and management to promote effective communication and a healthy work environment.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and medical insurance programs and support the monthly payroll process in coordination with Finance.
- Manage social insurance registrations, subscriptions, calculations, and official governmental forms (Forms 1, 2, 6) in compliance with Egyptian Labor Law.
- Own the full attendance management cycle, including system records, overtime calculations, lateness, absenteeism, and attendance discrepancies.
- Manage and track all types of leave (annual, sick, casual, unpaid), ensuring legal compliance and accurate balance updates.
- Prepare and validate monthly attendance and payroll-related reports to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Prepare, review, and maintain employee contracts, amendments, warnings, termination documents, and final settlements.
- Support recruitment activities, including interviews, background checks, onboarding, and employee orientation programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and participate in employee separation processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records, files, profiles, and HR data, ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
- Communicate HR policies, compensation, and benefits information clearly to employees.
- Participate in training, development initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
- Conduct HR data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
