Role Overview:
The Production Engineer will supervise production activities, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities
- Monitor production performance and report deviations
- Support process improvement and waste reduction initiatives
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams
- Ensure adherence to operating procedures
- Assist in production planning and workflow organization
- Participate in troubleshooting and problem solving
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering3–6 years of experience in manufacturingUnderstanding of production processes and shop-floor operationsGood analytical and reporting skillsStrong teamwork and communication abilitiesExperience in packaging or FMCG is preferred
