- Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations for the manufacturing workforce.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Manage employee records, attendance, and HR documentation to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
- Handle employee inquiries, resolve workplace issues, and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Contribute to organizational development projects, such as employee engagement programs and culture-building activities.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with department managers to address staffing needs and support workforce planning.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.Demonstrated experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Proactive problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.Ability to work onsite and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
