About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Process Section Head to ensure execution of manufacturing standards and maintain operational stability on the shop floor. This role is key in bridging strategic process planning with daily production performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise CNC machining processes and setup validation
- Monitor KPIs including cycle time, scrap, and product quality
- Lead shop-floor root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Train operators and maintain tooling discipline
- Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
