  • Project Delivery:
  • Lead the development of coordinated BIM models (Architecture, Structure, MEP).
  • Manage clash detection and resolve coordination issues using tools like Navisworks, Revit, and BIM 360.
  • Ensure model accuracy, integrity, and adherence to project BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
  • Generate and manage construction documents and shop drawings from BIM models.
  • Standards & Compliance:
  • Enforce adherence to company and client BIM standards, protocols, and naming conventions.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of BIM standards and content libraries.
  • Coordination & Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to optimize workflows.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants for model integration and validation.
  • Attend coordination meetings and lead BIM-related discussions and presentations.
  • Technical Leadership:
  • Mentor and support junior BIM engineers and modelers.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation scripts (e.g., Dynamo, Python).
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct regular model audits and reviews to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Assist in 4D (schedule-based) and 5D (cost-based) modeling when required.
