Technical Management
- Lead and supervise all technical office activities.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and scope documents.
- Monitor engineering deliverables and ensure timely submission.
- Ensure engineering outputs align with contractual scope.
- Coordinate with design consultants and internal disciplines.
- Ensure technical compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Identify scope gaps, technical risks, and inconsistencies.
- Provide technical guidance and direction to engineers.
Procurement Support
- Review technical aspects of procurement packages.
- Participate in technical bid evaluations.
- Coordinate with procurement team to ensure proper technical alignment.
- Support vendor clarification meetings and technical negotiations.
- Ensure purchased materials meet project specifications.
- Ensure purchased materials meet project Budget.
Cost & Scope Awareness
- Evaluate technical changes and assess potential cost impact.

Team Leadership
