Job DescriptionThe Kraft Heinz company is looking for an Export Supervisor who will be responsible for handling the export process for Egypt and other factories globally.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire export process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products to international markets.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and introduce the monthly export forecast, providing visibility to freight forwarders and shipping lines.
Collaborate with procurement to prepare lane pricing and mitigate budget risks.
Engage in discussions with demand and supply teams to ensure alignment and effective planning.
Develop and implement the actual monthly export loading plan.
Coordinate cross-booking exports (trade) from all factories worldwide to our destinations.
Communicate effectively with documentation and customs teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Review and execute letters of credit (LCs) with finance.
Manage air freight shipments and exports from all sources.
Handle finished goods importation from all sources.
Respond to forwarder and affiliate requests in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct pre-loading inspections for export shipments.
Facilitate internal communications with warehouse teams.
Develop and implement testing and sampling protocols for special orders.
Prepare and report all export figures, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with quality departments to resolve customer claims.
Coordinate with sales teams to prioritize shipments and meet customer needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant education.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in export management
Fluent in English
