Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Sales Associate located in Qesm El Maadi, Egypt. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth real estate transactions. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, maintaining a clear understanding of market trends, and building long-term client relationships.
Qualifications Proven expertise in Real Estate, Real Property, and possession of a valid Real Estate License Experience in Sales with a strong ability to close deals and meet targets Strong Customer Service skills to provide exceptional support to clients Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a results-driven environment Knowledge of Qesm El Maadi’s real estate market or similar areas is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
