Event Operations & Partnerships Coordinator Equity-Only Founding Team Opportunity
We’re building an outcome-driven Entrepreneurship Summit connecting startups, investors, corporates, ecosystem partners, and (where relevant) government entities through curated deal-making, showcases, and interactive formats. We’re looking for a high-potential, execution-focused Coordinator to join as a core team member and help build this summit into a recurring flagship platform.
Important: Equity-Only (No Salary) This is a full-time, equity-only opportunity. There is no fixed salary at this stage. Equity structure will be milestone-based and aligned with contribution and growth. This role is ideal for someone ambitious, ownership-driven, and excited to build something meaningful from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Responsible For Operations & Production Support building and managing the master timeline Coordinate vendors, venue logistics, and registration systems Assist in floorplan planning and attendee journey mapping Lead on-site coordination during event week Ensure smooth run-of-show execution Marketing & Relations Support positioning and messaging execution Coordinate campaign timelines and content calendar Drive registrations through ecosystem and partner channels Assist in PR and community outreach Partnerships Support outreach to ecosystem and corporate partners Manage partner follow-ups and deliverables Coordinate co-marketing activities and distribution Execution & Coordination Track weekly tasks and milestones Support reporting and KPI tracking Coordinate freelancers and external suppliers Proactively flag risks and gaps
Who This Is Ideal For2–5 years experience in events, partnerships, ecosystem building, marketing, or operations Has contributed to conferences, summits, activations, or large-scale events Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong communicator with relationship-building ability Ambitious and eager to grow into leadership Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment Available for full-time commitment (hybrid + strong presence during event milestones)
