Job Description
Support the development and execution of brand strategies for pharmaceutical and cosmetic products within the spa and clinic environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical, and operations to ensure brand consistency and compliance.
Assist in planning and implementing promotional campaigns, events, and educational workshops targeting clients and healthcare professionals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform brand positioning.
Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of branded materials and product samples.
Ensure all branding and marketing activities adhere to relevant pharmaceutical regulations and ethical standards.
Contribute to the creation of engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, newsletters, and the company website.
Assist in managing budgets and tracking expenses related to brand initiatives.
Provide training and support to staff on new product launches and brand guidelines.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role within the pharmaceutical, medical, or wellness industry.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, cosmetic treatments, and wellness trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
