Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer, located in Qesm 2nd Nasser City. The Engineer will be responsible for performing regular maintenance and repair tasks on HVAC systems, diagnosing system issues, and ensuring optimal performance. The role involves overseeing building services related to air conditioning, ensuring compliance with facility management standards, and collaborating with team members to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the Engineer will be tasked with creating maintenance schedules and responding to urgent service requests.
Qualifications Proficiency in HVAC systems, including 5 Years of maintenance and repair Strong understanding of Building Maintenance and Building Services Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills Relevant technical education or certification in HVAC or mechanical engineering Previous experience in air conditioning maintenance is a must
