Role Description This is an on-site full-time role for a Property Advisor (Fresh Sales) based in New Cairo. The individual will be responsible for advising and assisting clients in purchasing, managing, and investing in properties. This includes conducting property viewings, providing market insights, addressing client inquiries, and facilitating negotiations to ensure a seamless transaction process. The Property Advisor will also work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Qualifications Preferably candidates residing in New Cairo or nearby areas. Knowledge of Property Management and Investments, with a focus on navigating the real estate market effectively. Understanding of Finance in regard to property transactions and market pricing strategies. Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with the ability to work in a team environment. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Salary Package is 8000EGP + Commission.
