Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi for an Export Account Manager. The Export Account Manager is responsible for driving and expanding international sales of FCG’s frozen potato and vegetable portfolio across assigned export markets. The role focuses on achieving sustainable revenue growth, strengthening distributor partnerships, ensuring export compliance, and aligning commercial plans with factory production capacity and cold chain logistics requirements.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, International Trade, or Food Science. MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage. Minimum 3–5 years of export sales experience in FMCG or frozen food manufacturing (potatoes, vegetables, ready-to-cook). Proven experience managing distributors in Europe, North America, GCC, or North Africa. Familiarity with trade agreements (Egypt–EU, COMESA, GAFTA, USMCA where applicable). Fluent in English (mandatory); French or Spanish is an advantage. Willingness to travel internationally.
