Startups Partnerships & Ecosystem Coordinator Equity-Only | Core Team Opportunity | USAMUSAM is expanding across Egypt, KSA, MENA, and selected markets in Africa & Europe.
We are looking for a Partnerships & Ecosystem Coordinator to join our core team and help scale our startup ecosystem presence regionally. This is not a traditional job. This is a long-term, equity-based opportunity working directly with founders.
Important: Equity-Only Structure There is no fixed salary for this role. What You’ll Work On1️⃣ Partnerships (B2B, B2C, B2G) Support and grow strategic partnerships across startups, corporates, universities, and government entities Assist in managing collaboration pipelines Coordinate partner deliverables and follow-ups Help expand partnerships across Egypt, KSA, MENA, Nigeria, and Europe2️⃣ Ecosystem & Community Engagement Represent USAM in startup communities and ecosystem programs Build relationships with accelerators, hubs, VCs, and innovation platforms Strengthen visibility within entrepreneurship networks3️⃣ Grants & Funding Opportunities Research and track grant and funding opportunities Support proposal preparation and submission Coordinate documentation and reporting requirements Maintain a structured funding pipeline4️⃣ Women & Inclusion Initiatives Support ecosystem initiatives focused on inclusion and empowerment Build collaborations with impact-driven organizations Position USAM within entrepreneurship and empowerment communities
Who This Is Ideal For Strong interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem building1–4 years experience (or strong exposure) in partnerships, community building, grants, or business development Highly organized and relationship-oriented Ambitious and eager to grow into a leadership role Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment Excited about regional expansion and cross-market opportunities Motivated by ownership and long-term upside
