Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Sales position located in Cairo, with opportunities for some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves managing customer relationships, understanding their unique needs, and offering tailored financial products and solutions. Responsibilities include generating sales leads, communicating effectively with potential clients, maintaining customer satisfaction, and participating in ongoing training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. The role demands collaboration with team members and adherence to company goals and values.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with potential clients and team members. Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust and provide tailored support to meet client needs. Proficiency in Sales and the ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet targets. Experience in Training and the willingness to participate in continuous professional development to enhance sales expertise. Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is preferred. Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is a plus.
