Unimack International Group is expanding its operations and seeking a highly driven and experienced Distribution Manager with a strong background in the pharmaceutical field to lead and optimize our nationwide distribution network, ensuring operational excellence and sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement distribution strategies aligned with corporate objectives• Establish, manage, and expand a high-performing distributor network across Egypt• Ensure consistent product availability, efficient stock management, and timely deliveries• Monitor distributor performance and enforce company policies and service standards• Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to maximize market coverage and efficiency• Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience in distribution management within the pharmaceutical industry• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills• Ability to oversee multiple territories and distributor partners effectively
