We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to own customer relationships, drive adoption, and act as a trusted partner for our clients.
✅ Fluency in English is a Must (C1 and above: spoken & written)???? On-site: El Rehab City, New Cairo???? Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Fixed)???? Weekends: (Saturday and Sunday Fixed) ???? Net Salary: 35,000 EGP plus performance-based quarterly bonus.
Job Responsibilities Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, client stakeholders Help the clients through email, phone, online/virtual presentations, screen-share and in person meetings Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients’ needs and objectives Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Forecast and track key account metrics/goals Liaise between the customer and assigned team members
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred). 3–5 years of experience in call center operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership and people-management skills. Experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in CRM systems and call center software. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
