???????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????:•Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and needs and translate them into functional solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.•Oversee the implementation and configuration of MS Dynamics ERP modules to meet client requirements. Ensure system functionality aligns with client needs.•Conduct workshops to capture functional requirements and document them effectively.•Provide user training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for the MS Dynamics ERP system.•Continuously assess and improve business processes through ERP optimization and best practice adoption.•Work closely with technical consultants, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.•Assist in project planning, risk assessment, and ensuring timely and successful ERP system deployments.
????????????????????????????????????????????????????????:•Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.•3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP ( Supply Chain or Production is a must).•Functional knowledge of MS Dynamics ERP modules (Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Sales, finance etc.).•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.•Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus but not required.•Experience in gathering requirements, process mapping, and client workshops.
